I had a Dave’s double last Saturday. Proximately five hours later I started with watery diarrhea that continued through to Monday. I still have abdominal pain and back pain. I went to the emergency room last night. I am just seeing this post about the Wendy’s beef now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Saturday, 5/14/22, My husband and I ate there. I was hospitalized and am still in the hospital. My husband was sick at home.  I can let you know more once I get the results of my tests that I have had done.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a Grilled chicken bacon ranch salad for lunch and had horrible stomach pains within minutes. I proceeded to have diarrhea and threw up twice within the hour and now feel much better. I was feeling 100% before that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
