I begin feeling flu symptoms about an hour after consuming a big Mac with chicken nuggets. I even bought Sudafed and cough medicine, thinking that I might have the flu. I woke up that morning and extreme nausea and pain and new instantly I must have food poisoning..

Had a big Mac meal yesterday 09/19/2023 and at 4:30AM 09/20/2023 threw it all back up. I felt and still am sick, my stomach is unsettled, I was extremely hot, had a fever.
