My family ate at the McDonald's in Mead on Friday, January 30th, and my son developed a fever and gastrointestinal issues the next day. He ate chicken nuggets. A family friend and her kids ate chicken nuggets there Sunday and they all developed the same symptoms as my son on Monday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Gas
