Big Mac Meal Illness

I got a large fry and Big Mac around 8pm. The Big Mac was only lukewarm and not hot. When I woke up I was immediately nauseous, had diarrhea and a raging headache. I vomited 6 times even though there was nothing left and it was bile / mucus. I couldn’t keep any food or water down.
