Yesterday at 1:30pm I ate a beef macdonals with potatoes and an ice cream (I was at work) after about two hours I didn't serve anymore, I feel powerless I threw up at work and last night in the morning too, I have diarrhea and I still don't know if I can work tomorrow  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
