Number 2 ketchup and mustard only with a coke. Ate around 4 started feeling nauseous afterwards now diarrhea plus painful cramps. It happened on January 7th

McChicken Meal Causes Illness

It was 8 PM, the employees didn’t say a single thing to me as they took my card or handed me the food through the drive thru. I had a McChicken, French fried and a Diet Coke. Woke up around 4:30 am nauseous, but didn’t start getting sick til around 10 am.
