Severe Symptoms After 11PM Meal

I had it 11pm on the 29th October, I woke up on the 30th October at 8am feeling sick. It got worse until I had to leave work at 5pm and was throwing up, had diarrhoea, sweating, sever cramps, can’t keep anything down, headaches. I am still the same and it hasn’t improved it is 1:30am on the 31st

McDonald's Meal Causes Illness

Ordered a McDonald’s last night, my house mate also ordered food. Both felt fine until this morning, we have both been sick and haven’t eaten anything prior to the McDonald’s that day.
