Spicy McChicken I ate there and within a hour needed to run to bathroom, vomited and had really bad cramps and diarrhea.

Had chicken nuggets, fries and a McDouble with a Coke. It literally seemed right after I eat, I became extremely bloated with cold sweats. I immediately went to toilet to throw it all up. Went to bed that night early, laying face down on stomach.
