McDouble & Fries Illness

Mcdonalds on 51st ave and the i10 on wednesday dec 6th at noon. I ate a mcdouble and large fries with a large unsweet ice tea. vomiting acured at 6pm the same day and around 12am. Watery stool continues curently on the saturday after and weakness. missed work for two days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
