I ate McDonald's at about 8:00 pm. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. I first had gas and really bad stomach cramps that I felt 1-2 he after eating. I have experienced extreme vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, fever, chills, headache, and weakness.
