Spicy McChicken Illness

I got the Spicy McChicken with fries and a drink last night, November 26, 2017 on my way home from work. I ate the food when I got home and at roughly 2 am I woke up vomiting, diarrhea, and ruining a fever. As I was up and down all night nauseous.
