Ate at around 3am, woke up the next morning with intense stomach pain and nausea, threw up everything, went back to bed, woke up a few hours later and threw up again, then the whole day I couldn’t move, just laid in bed waking up and falling asleep.

Ate a "all day breakfast" meal at 2:00am, sausage egg mcmuffin and hasbrown. 7:00am I was drenched in sweat, chills, severe nausea, vomited.
