Grilled Wraps Cause Illness

Stopped for lunch yesterday afternoon for two grilled snack wraps. Then last night had severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and fever. Had chills all night. Symptoms have continued till today and are just now starting to get better.

We got a small French fries from Fayetteville McDonald’s for our three year old daughter..she ate just almost 10 fries..after we reach home she started vomiting non stop ..
