Girlfriend started throwing up when we got home at around 5PM. She hasn't eaten anything all day except the hamburger she ordered from McDonalds. She said it tasted funny but it was our first time ordering from that location and we were in a hurry so we thought nothing of it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
