I went in to this place for an ice cream and I got a mcdouble too. At around 4 am, following consuming my food, I woke up and vomited it all up, then I proceeded to vomit 4 more times over the course of the next 7 hours.

Ordered a sausage mcgriddle and mocha frappe, within thirty minutes had sudden intense urge to vomit, lightheadedness, diarrhea. Blaming the mcgriddle because my sister also had a frappe and she feels fine.
