Ate McDonald's breakfast wrap at 6:30 then ate a big mac and fries around 12:30 I believe the latter is what made me ill. Came home fell asleep woke up vomiting my guts out, later that day came diarrhea, fever and headache.

Was eating and knew it didn’t taste right.. RAW BURGER . Actually feel sick ??? Not happy as I’m starting work now too
