Ate McDonald's breakfast wrap at 6:30 then ate a big mac and fries around 12:30 I believe the latter is what made me ill. Came home fell asleep woke up vomiting my guts out, later that day came diarrhea, fever and headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
