I ordered a mc chicken bundle with fries and a double cheese burger bundle plain with Mac sauce and fries I ate it soon as I got home and almost immediately I didn’t feel good nausea kicked in then I was on the toilet with both diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
