I ordered a double cheese burger fries and chicken McNuggets around 630-7 pm I started feeling a bit nauseous around 1130 and about two in the morning I started throwing up and have diahria the food was a bit in the colder side and the nuggets seemed extra crunchy but still cold  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
