Discolored Patty, Vomiting Followed

I was eating my burger. I decided it was a bit dry & to put ketchup on it. When I lifted the bun, I noticed the paddy was discolored and strange looking. I proceeded to eat it anyway. 4 hours later I puked my guts up. I puked up straight mccdonalds.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
