breakfast food Just me. I had a Sausage McMuffin, a medium iced coffee and drank only half, and half of a hash brown. An hour or so later I felt bad but it’s gotten worse all evening. So about 9 hours of it.

Discolored Patty, Vomiting Followed

I was eating my burger. I decided it was a bit dry & to put ketchup on it. When I lifted the bun, I noticed the paddy was discolored and strange looking. I proceeded to eat it anyway. 4 hours later I puked my guts up. I puked up straight mccdonalds.
