breakfast food Just me. I had a Sausage McMuffin, a medium iced coffee and drank only half, and half of a hash brown. An hour or so later I felt bad but it’s gotten worse all evening. So about 9 hours of it.I ate a sausage McMuffin and half of a hash brown around 10:45 am. I’ve been sick all day, so much nausea that will not subside currently and diarrhea atleast 10 times today. I was completely fine beforehand.
