Monday 1:00pm all I ate that day was a Big Mac fries and a few chicken nuggets. A few hours later I was vomiting, diahrea, cold sweats. 3 days later I'm still in bed with these symptoms | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
