Ate at 11pm, had a Mac Jr and a FiletO'Fish. Felt nauseated before bed and woke to diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. I now run a fever and ruptured my throat from all the vomiting. My vomit has lots of blood now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
