at 9am I had chicken McMuffin and coffee and around 6 pm my stomach was not feeling well. from the middle of night the diarrhea started with extreme stomach cramps and it has not stopped for 5 days. Large Fries..... Thats it large fries. I think they gave me past the window time fries or really bad under cooked ones. I ended up vomiting all night and have stomach pains and Diarrhea for 6 days now, it might go on even longer.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
