I ordered a cheeseburger last night that was cold. I woke up this morning vomiting with a fever a diaharrea. McDonald’s is disgusting and I see why Wendy’s and other restaurant chains are calling them out. I will never eat this worm burger with fake meat ever again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
