I ate egg muffin sandwich and hash browns this morning for breakfast. I also had coffee. I’ve noticed that the last few times after eating that same breakfast I get sick. Stomach ache with nausea and diarrhea. The hash-brown was too greasy, almost falling apart. Can’t believe…

Ate a big mac (only thing I ate that day as well, because I felt just out of it after eating) next day, I had headaches, chills, and diarrhea
