I ate a double cheeseburger and small fries on Nov. 6 at 1 am. The symptoms began with nausea at 5 am, followed by an upset stomach at 8 am with vomiting and diarrhea. The diarrhea persisted into the afternoon, as well as abdominal pain.

Ate filet of fish around 10:30 - had 2 days so far of diarrhea & terrible stomach cramps and fatigue.
