I’m sick for the second time in two weeks after eating the $5 meal deal with chicken McNuggets. First time was at Columbus Indiana McDonald’s on 3rd street and this time from Greenwood Indiana on us 31 south | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
