I had a McDonald's late Sunday evening, I woke up on Monday morning feeling sick and shaking, I vomited a few times and got sent home from work. I had milk stomach pains throughout the day. I ate a BBQ chicken BLC, a plain cheese burger and fries.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Shaking
