I ate mcdonalds for breakfast got the sausage mcgriddle which was a piece of bread that had their lame excuse for syrup in it and a small sausage patty and than I went to work and couldn't go home even though I was throwing up in the back because we were busy  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
