Stopped in for a carry out plate for lunch 12:00pm 12/1/22. I ate spicy pork and fried rice. Around 2am I woke up with the worst gas and awful stomach pains. This lasted until 4:30am when I finally vomited Violently. Now it is just awful diarrhea and nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
