Both had Mexican at Mexico London in Homewood/ Mt. Brook. Got sick @ 10 hrs. After eating. Both had chips and salsa. Nausea, vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea. 12 hrs later and not better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
