I only ate there that day, following eating lunch, that evening I had severe cramping and back pain. Next morning, severe diarrhea, vomiting, couldn’t keep anything down. 101.3 fever came down to 99 with medicine. Chills, severe cramping in between. Lasted 3 days. Lost 10 lbs.
