Pesto Penne Illness Outbreak

Yesterday, I had pesto penne with pine nuts and tomatoes I started feeling I’ll about 5 hours after eating. Vomiting and diarrhea occurred approximately 6 hours after consuming dinner. Nausea and diarrhea have continued throughout today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
