Salad with romaine lettuce, eggs, mushrooms, cucumber and ranch dressing. , At at noon on Thursday. Started cramping around 2:30. Diarrhea started. Nausea started same time. Had to stop twice after work around 4:15 with diarrhea. Around 5:00 I had battery acid coming out of my butt.…
