Salad with romaine lettuce, eggs, mushrooms, cucumber and ranch dressing. , At at noon on Thursday. Started cramping around 2:30. Diarrhea started. Nausea started same time. Had to stop twice after work around 4:15 with diarrhea. Around 5:00 I had battery acid coming out of my butt. Started violently vomiting around 6. This pursued until all I had was water diarrhea and stomach acid and dry heaves. Continued until Sunday. Could not keep water down. Finally Sunday afternoon I had ginger ale. Small sips and a piece of dry toast. Monday was able to drink Gatorade. And have some crackers.    | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
