Public Health officials have completed an investigation into a gastrointestinal illness outbreak linked to Mizuki Buffet, located at 17950 Southcenter Pkwy, Tukwila, WA. Eight individuals reported symptoms after dining at the restaurant between September 9 and October 19, 2025. No hospitalizations or deaths have been reported.

Had lunch at Mizukis and by the afternoon both my boy friend and I got sick with diarrhea, he had it worse than me so much that he became dehydrated dizzy and had to call off from work the next day. The things in common was the sushi and he had oysters which were in the sushi bar.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Dizziness
