BBQ Chicken Pizza Illness

I bought a Caspian style pizza, which is BBQ sauce, chicken, onions, and cheese. I went to bed and the next day had the leftovers for lunch. Within 8 hours of eating lunch I had horrible gas pains followed by diarrhea.
