Around 6:30 PM Wednesday I ate a steak junior burrito with cheese, lettuce, grilled onions, pico, and cilantro. People I was with had similar orders but I was the only one who had the steak. Been feeling awful all day today!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
