Shrimp Lunch Causes Illness

I believe I got food poisoning from the fried shrimp from ladies lunch. I immediately fell super full after eating the meal and woke up on the early morning throwing up my dinner, plus the shrimp, which was the lunch.
Unfortunately ruined my trip and I’m still recovering.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
