Ate Chicken and shrimp plate with rice and vegetables and yum sauce. Within a hour, severely ill. Severe stomach cramps, vomiting profusely. I thought I would have to go to ER at one point. Up the entire night alternating between vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
