Beef Sandwich Causes Illness

Husband and I ate all the same foods for the whole trip, except for he had a beef sandwich from Nathan’s famous in the horseshoe hotel. He was violently ill. We almost went to the ER but his symptoms subsided after approximately 8 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
