I purchased a vegan noodle dish last night ~ the vegetables tasted weird. I ate half of it and about half hour later started feeling nauseous. I was sick and throwing up, diarrhea, stomach pains and fever all night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
