Stayed for seven days. The food was atrocious and unsanitary. Hotel gave us a pass to try the food at the Royal to change our outlook on the food. It was just as suspicious. Waiter told husband that he would rather not serve him the tuna appetizer
as it was “not in great condition”. Served him salad instead. Since eating at la carreta at the Royal Husband has had severe diarrhea, fever, stomach cramping.

Severe stomach issues after staying 2 days at the resort. I stayed in the Royal Club and only ate at restaurants and room service, no buffets.

My wife and I checked in on 14/03 and became ill on the second day of our stay at the hotel. Since then we have had severe stomach pain, diarrhea, and my wife vomited a lot on the first day. Result: enjoy what an All-Inclusive hotel can
offer without thinking. We are improving little by little, but I can say that our vacation was totally compromised.

Three of four in our party have gotten sick so far. Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and chills.

We were on vacation in Cozumel at here and both of us got sick. Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting aches and pains fever. Lasted 2 days. Talked to many many others who also had same symptoms.
