Boyfriend was sick with diarrhea, weakness, muscle aches, & vomiting for 17 hours yesterday. We’ve only been eating the resort food and bottled water. I’ve been eating mostly vegetarian but starting to get stomach cramps tonight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
