Today, 10 Nov 21., Ordered the Chicken and Shrimp carbonara at this restaurant. Ate the meal, including the salad, around 1600. At 1715, stomach started to gurgle and I became bloated with gas. I was the only one to become ill my husband ordered and ate a different meal.

I had a bowl of their soup. The waitress made a comment about bringing me a fresh bowl but another waitress came out with it right then so I don't know if it was the fresh bowl or not. The next day I was throwing up 24…
