Was at Olive Garden in Ankeny on 3/18/18 around noon. I ordered Seafood Alfredo. At 6pm that night I started vomiting had severe stomach cramping and diarrhea throughout the night. Was in bed all day Monday and Tuesday still not feeling well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
