I ate a large filet, 4 butterfly coconut dipped shrimp and a baked potato. Drank only water. I ate no other food on Tues 3/27. I got violently ill. Vomited for 6 hours until all contents of stomach and all stomach acid via violent vomiting and painful dry heaves.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
