I had the bbq chicken, fries and mac&cheese with a coke. Noticed a fly in my drink and noticed a staff member and got it swapped out. Still don’t know what made me sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
