Severe GI Distress After Dining

I ate at Outback last Friday night 3/30 by early Saturday morning I was feeling nauseous with severe stomach pains and horrible gas smell. By mid morning I was vomiting and had diarrhea. As of today, Tuesaday I am still unable to hold anything (solid or liquid)…
